That if you visit Carmax’s website and type only “m” into the search bar the first result is !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! Yes, because that’s how I shop for my cars. Forget everything else, I just want to see cars that have power mirrors. Not car brands or models, no, power mirrors.
I figured I would look for an M3 for AddictedToM3s - Drives a BRZ since !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! and I’m all about trying to convince people to join in on the E9X life. Found this out while searching. On that note, sadly Carmax is fresh out of White E92 M3s with a 6MT. !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , but I didn’t want a black one either.

I like how, after the first two suggestions, the next 7 don’t have an M in them at all.

The vast majority of car shoppers aren’t like us and care about bells and whistles more than things like brand, performance, and safety.
Ever driven a car without power mirrors? It fucking sucks. I’d never buy a car again that didn’t have them.

It’s possible that the search algorithm is based on the frequency of the terms appearance in the adds, rather than the searches themselves. Though that makes more sense to work in the filters that are commonly to the left of the results rather than the initial search.

I’ve been looking for a E91 in a manual. But those things have soared in value.

Do any cars NOT come with powered mirrors today? Seems like it would be a standard feature across the board in 2018.
BTW, my passenger mirror decided to “dip” again on it’s own.

Carmax never has any G-Wagens.

1. I even think my non-car enthusiast friends have a least an inkling of what brand they would buy.
2. Never have, pretty sure every car I’ve ever driven has had powered mirrors.

This is possible, but I feel like powered mirrors are so ubiquitous now that they wouldn’t be a common thing people searched for. I’m not even sure I’ve been in a car without electric mirrors. Well, probably have cause I rode in a lot of sketchy cars in Russia.

The M-Sport E91s with a stick still fetch mid-20s, but the regular ones seem to be in the mid to high teens.

Not here in the US, I don’t think, even a base Versa comes with them.
I still need to look at mine.

Sadly, no.

The market for a LCI with around 75000 miles has gone from low teens to low twenties. That blue one that you posted from carmax was the perfect car at the wrong time. EAS has really screwed up the market with their 32k base car, make everyone think they are sitting on a pile of gold.

Those never sell at EAS. Auctions have shown that the market commands mid-20s for the best examples. There was one on ebay at some time when I was unemployed and I watched that auction closely to see what it would go for, it also went right around 25k.

This is the only one on the current market that I’d be interested in. I don’t really need the m-sport, but I’d like the awd for those NE winters (the non-enthusiast spec enthusiast car). Any idea how many E91's were made with a manual?

That’s not bad, but I would want a sports pack, if for nothing other than the sport seats. M-Sport is just a body kit on top of the sport pack. If my memory serves correctly, there were like ~471 LCI E91S with the 6MT.
